I am sorry I but I must agree with IdealK...as part of the recovery, we have to discipline ourselves to think more about ourselves... Ruminating on the Narc insanity and the rubbish that escapes their mouths does not do much but re-create triggers, trauma and anger. Don't mean to be the party pooper and certainly, it's a free forum and anything is game... But maybe it might be more productive to focus this on us? Afterall, we're trying NOT to make it all about him. So as a segueway... I'll join in for a brief round...
