Wobbly

I have just driven back to my hometown with my children so they can spend sometime in their childhood home (we have relocated from country to city for sport)

Being in familiar N territory has brought back so many memories/triggers and I'm very wobbly..anxious...nauseous...I thought I was doing a bit better but obviously not?
