Why prolong the inevitable?

Narc2 had a deadline to sign and return divorce agreement since our last court hearing. Well, many days after deadline he returned the agreement without signing it. He stated that he only agrees to two things. #1 Wife should provide health insurance and #2 Wife will not hold him responsible for any current or future debt that I incur.
This means another day at court to discuss the the other 12 issues that we have been discussing for the last 11 months.
Logically, I know he does it because he is a narc and thanks to the information provided here I had anticipated that this would happen, nonetheless, I wish there was a different way to deal with this. I’m getting so angry and frustrated with his games and sense of entitlement.
I once asked to God to help me become more patient, I never imagine that he was going to send me a bunch of NARCS to provide me with the training!
