vacation

This is just a rant. It has all worked out. I will have my daughter 3 weekends in a row but his antics are bewildering.

Ok. I told N I'm flying to NC with daughter to see family on the 27th. Turns out he's also going to be in NC overlapping the same days. He wanted to exchange daughter there. This would be ok except he will be on a working vacation. 1 time in the past we went with our neighbors. N would babysit their autistic child. I was primaraly in charge of caring for our daughter obvioously b/c he was tied up caring for a heavily involved special needs child

So I told N "no". I was not comfortable with him caring for both daughter and other child b/c other child has a history of aggression and has left bruises on my daughter. N thinks I'm being unreasonable(well I forget what he said exactly but he was trying to negotiate - the word unreasonable is too big for him to use). So I just turned it around on him and said sure I'd be glad to have daughter the rest of that week. (God forbid he leave his vacation early they don't really need him anyway; they can handle their own son) to be with his daughter. He told the lwyers that we ALWAYS took this vacation. If by always he means once before dughter was born and once with her then yea!
The nerve.
Then he says he doesn't want me taking her out of state on vaca!
