Update ..

Hello all !!! Happy new year to everyone on this site !! I haven't posted in quite a while, but just wanted to give a quick update. When I read the stories of those who are in the first part of this horror show, it breaks my heart and I want to tell you all to just hang in there. Things do get better and you do move forward in your life.... Somehow you have to believe in that because it's true. It's so true what is said about NC.... You'll never get anywhere without going NC, I know how hard it is but it is necessary!!

It's been about 1 1/2 years since I've had contact and I'm doing well .... I'm on my way to making a new life for myself, have a new job, reconnected with many old friends and overall I'm doing well !!i still have my sadness on occasion but Im not sure if that will ever go away... I rarely cry anymore and I feel much better !!

My message is that it DOES get better !!! Please hang in there and always remember that these people are not normal and very disordered. As haunted as I was by the OW, I try to remember that she is getting a disordered person, nothing normal and she will be a nervous wreck just as I was !!
