Tired

Im tired today. As you can tell from my post, i'm moaning and i am not good at releasing my feelings but here goes...

Tired as i have a cold.

Tired of listening about him
tired of then thinking about him
tired of talking about him (to others, his family)
tired of him being in my life. (kids)

Im tired. I feel the need as AGAIN to HAVE to correspond with him because of kids??

Ok what do i need to do?

It is my CHOICE to listen, talk and think of him, right?

I just don't know how to tell 'everyone' that i don't want to hear it anymore.

keeping everyone 'happy' has got me into big trouble.

Boundaries that's what i say!!

You have kids, ugg, that doubles the trouble. You know how hard it is to share children with him, so do I :( I don't correspond with the daddies. I used to a lot and it is super hard. The are many factors with children. Take a step back and don't do anything right now. Take some time to relax. He has you exhausted :(
