I have to continue to read this stuff to get it in my mind that I am so lucky to not have him in my life! I decided 2 yrs ago to end it. I really ended it when I challenged him 3 yrs ago.

This one statement on the Sam Vaknins snapshot page is ringing true for me tonight:

Wake up and face it. He is gone. Go on with your life. He is not worth this kind of obsession. No one is. And it won't bring him back to you (for which you should be grateful).
