They Always Come Back!! Cringe.

An old narc ex who turned gay on me-but put me through a tail spin for 10 years prior to his 'coming out'-reached out today. 9 years later. This wasn't the narc that brought me to this site, but through therapy, I realized this man was also a narc. Today, while visiting my town after a few years I'm assuming,he sent a text to a mutual friend of mine basically saying he's wishing me all the best and there are no hard feelings. The text was addressed to me so she just screen shot it and sent it off to me. I did respond - back through the friend - but only because there's nothing there anymore. I wished him good luck as well. Bottom line, I never thought I'd E.V.E.R. hear from him-- and I did. Completely deluded. Sent me for a tail spin- and I have no feelings for him but I still spun....
