Texted him while on ambien :(

Hi everyone,
A while back, I posted that my ex-n has been dating a girl who lives around the corner. It's really been getting me down. The path I take is now tainted! I can't even drive down my own street without seeing his jeep. :-(

The other night, while under the influence of ambien, I broke nc and texted him. I barely remember what I said but I think it was something like "I see you are still in my neighborhood ", or something like that! He is literally houses away. It should be no surprise to him that I saw his green jeep.

Anyway, he didn't respond. I don't even know if I sent it. I could have deleted it for all I know

Breaking nc only brings anguish! Let my screw-up be a lesson to everyone. I'm kind of a mess right now... Please send some love my way.
