This sucks!!

I know I just posted and I'm not even slightly tempted to call, email him etc. However, I can not seem to stop checking his damn email acct. I do not want this sick man. I do not love him. So can someone please help me figure out why the fuck I can not seem to stop checking his email? I literally feel like I'm going nuts. I have typed in the password and then stopped. It's like if he checked his email, then he is home. If not, then he is out and doesnt have his daughter tonight. I mean he could be anywhere, I already KNOW he is dating, he told me, so what does even stil matter. So I just don't know why I cant give this up. I have been reading...just part of the final withdrawl?? UGh.
