To all my friends. First i would like to thank Lisa for creating this site. Without who knows how long the recovery would take.

For new comers NC is Sooo important.

Spinning and Happy you should be very proud of the progress you've made. You are both an inspiration to all of us here. It's proof that there is a way out.

I see you both partying like rock stars Narc free every day.

You've been a tremendous help and I appreciate it! I don't know what I would have done had I not found this forum and met you and so many nice people from here. It's the best therapy I could have. I would still be with narc if it weren't for the help of you and all the ladies here. You guys saved my son and I a lot of future pain and mental anguish. (Big Hugs) Happy1

You're the inspiration. And the reminder. And the laughter. And a true friend. To Lisa and all here, I am so grateful. Like Ideal, to the newcomers I reiterate the importance of NC, tough as it is. Reading the blogs, stories, messages on this board is also SO HELPFUL. The new site with the steps IS A MUST for those committed to healing. Getting feedback, being able to share, has been soooooo helpful. There are really great, wise, tender, funny human souls here. Ideal, I'm not exactly partying like a rock star yet but I'm definitely on a slower spin cycle. Still fuming a bit, but that's better than sobbing! I'm gonna borrow one from you Ideal and say: "To all here, have an IDEAL NARC FREE DAY!!!" Sincerely (trying hard to stop) spinning

Thanks to both of you for making me laugh! I so needed that today! I'm ready to party like a Narc free rock star myself but I've got many miles to go! This site has helped me more than I ever thought was possible. Everyone on here is great! I'm praying for a Ideal Narc Free Day! Sara-Smile

Please stay NC no matter what! It's the only way to freedom! Who wants to be depressed on the couch over over some Fn loser. They all are liars users and losers! I tell everyone if you feel the urge to contact, call me I'll remind you of the turd he really is. I stll have my moments but these girls will make it very clear. Narc = Turd Idealk

Thank you, you are / everyone here will win the Narc War. At first I just wanted to get even as you go through The process you realize this is more about who we are. It's a path of discovery,an adventure! Will I love like that again? I don't know. But I can say I love me and whoever tries to change that can stuff it. You all know I have a husband, I am a fool, I am ashamed to think my narc could be better. My husband is a real man. He would never try and control me, he talks things out and says he's sorry when he screws up. I do the same in return.What was I thinking?? Oh well another lesson. My love to all of you no matter what the story. Be strong and toss the garbage to the curb! Idealk
