A spell is broken!

Hello everyone.

I read everything I could to help me through the many low moments of cognitive dissosance - a roller coaster ride.

This site has helped me tremendously with Lisa's books, the mods, and its support!!!!!

After I put my last book down. I had an AHA MOMENT.

I realized I had been brainwashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lies, manipulation, the sweetness-the coldness was ALL ABOUT HIM: the good, the bad, and the ugly. It was to keep me hooked into the illusion that he "cared about me on some level."

But I now know:
He was never my friend. In fact, he is my enemy.
Those are strong words. But he would "Bite the Hand that feeds him."

Going No Contact is what helped me disconnect my emotional self from the Narc and helped me break the spell I was under.

I said to myself: "He will not destroy me."

I want him far away from me as possible: and that is why I stay No Contact.
