Sigh....Dumb A** Dates

A few months ago I shared a story about my 1st date 14 months post N. Here's a few more peeks into my disastrous dating life. Names have been changed to protect the a**holes.

I'm on a paid dating site with weak results. A few weeks ago, Mr. A sends a message he wants to talk. I wasn't impressed w/his profile as he was trying too hard to impress. He wants to meet, stating that we have lots in common. We talk on Friday, planning to meet on Tuesday for lunch. Tuesday passes, no phone call. Wednesday passes, same thing. I go on the site to see if he sent me an e mail & find that he deleted his profile! Ha!.

Last month Mr. B persists in messaging me, again I'm not real impressed but I think I'll chat online with him. We do this a few times over the next 2 weeks, then he sends a message asking for a picture of me in a bikini. On FB, my huge biker friend posts a pic w/his head pasted on a young bikini clad body. I sent Mr. B that pic & I haven't heard from him since.

Mr. C has many things in common w/me & I respond to his request for my number. We talk a few times & I am considering meeting him. So he calls me one day while he's waiting at work for a delivery. "I thought I'd call you cause I'm really bored". Ok then.

Last one was Friday night. Mr. D is retired from a successful business, lives about a mile from me, loves dogs, is 5'10". We go to dinner & not only is he short of 5'6", but he walks with a significant limp. He has no right hip. I tell him that I would like a mate who hikes like me. He assures me he can do this? Really? But that wasn't the deal breaker b/c I have a physical disability too. Sitting across the table from him, his breath smelled like pig shit. I know he doesn't floss. MAJOR turn off.

I may write a sit com. lol!
