I love the part "have found their way out of the depths". Those people who found their way to stay generous and plenty of love regardless the adversity they have been through, those are the real ones! Those who are broken and spread madness and hate (you know who am I talking about, don't you?) they are of no worth.

It can be good to remember that as a survivor, you’ve had to deal with way too much violence and danger—and that it makes a lot of sense that you’ve been affected by that.
