My ex narc told me after a year and half of dating that he couldn't maintain an erection because I didn't shave my privates....which was a lie. But you may have something here Littleone....he also ejaculated prematurely most of the time. Very little to no foreplay. I think the foreplay made him uncomfortable because that's a sign of intimacy and he couldn't go there.

Mine did not believe in ejaculation. He believed that it was unhealthy and caused harm to males. He was over 60 and was ready 24/7, sometimes with help from Viagra.

At first the sex was great, except I do remember early on he had problems with getting an erection. Required a lot of work and then I just wrote it off to he was just one of those men that required a lot extra help, how stupid now that I think about it. He also had PE problems. I later found out the he was heavy into porn.

Littleone , it so is a narc trate , mine had the worst PE i have ever known , sometimes he couldnt even manged penertation , his PE was the elephant in the room and we never really talked about it , mainly because i was so bloody kind i didnt want to see him crushed . When there is no physical problem with the narc the problem becomes mind based and it ties in to the fear of intamacy theory and the withholding affection camp . they just want to get the deed over because sex for a psychopath is just about self gratifation . In the idolization phase the sex can feel very intence as that is when the narc is getting us to bond with him , PE is a huge red flag which my narc always had even at the beginning but he made up for it in other ways but when the D&D started happening it was wam bam thank you mamm and quite frankly i would have rather have read a book . It was the the PE issue that really made me wake up to the fact that my narc really was good for nothing , no sex , no money and no emotion ... great ! (not!) ... Scoop x
