Predictable

Narcs are predictable. Once you really know the m.o it's like you can almost map out what they will say next.
They will alway project, and gaslight. They will tell you that you are crazy, and that you are being abusive when in fact they have driven you crazy because they projected their crazy onto you and you are being reactive to their abuse. This is almost a guarantee in every n relationship.
They neglect, ignore, and then love bomb or in reverse order or repetitive circles.
You always feel in the beginning that something isn't right, and in the middle like you are on a roller coaster towards the end like a drug addict and when it's over like a vampire has sucked your soul, then in recovery like your in withdrawl detox.
They often overuse the word love when they don't mean it and they almost always tell you that you are their soulmate.
At some point they will make u feel like u are over emotional, and jealous or possessive. This is usually in response to their triangulation.
They are often married or with x wives or x gf's floating around here and there .
They lie, they get caught up in word salads, nothing ever makes sense. They have supply in many forms and usually many opposite sex " friends" who are actually supply
Yes, they really are all the same, seen one u seen em all.
