PLEASE HELP1

Today was a good day...I was feeling overall pretty good.
Had dinner with my girlfriend and picked my daughter up.

We were pulling into the parking lot (I always look out for his vehicle because he knows people here) But tonight my daughter and I were busy singing...by the time I realized it was too late.

HE WAS IN THE PARKING LOT...standing next to his car talking to a guy. he had sunglasses on, I don't know what my facial expression was but I kept on driving. Pulled in my garage & came into my apartment. I looked out the window his car was gone...I felt relief, then I saw him walking into the building - he moved his car behind a truck so I couldn't see it.

HE AND THE GUY WALKED INTO THE BUILDING...I don't know where he is or if he will even try to knock on my door - I have his number blocked

But I don't know what I am feeling right now its all a clusterfuck righ tnow.

Please help me - those who have had run-ins.
