HIya
I was chatting to my mom last night about the N ex and as we were chatting I mentioned something he said to me.. she called it out as a pity play which when she said it I recognised it as such... my problem is I cant seem to recognise pity plays.. I think as an empath I really struggle with it... I just try to make people feel better all the time.....
As a pity play is one of the big warnings of a N I need to get better at recognising it and I wondered if anyone had some thoughts on their own experience of pity plays...
