This is not a game.

There are two cases of domestic abuse in the news in the UK today. One where a mother and her son were shot by her husband and this one below.

It really hit home for me as I read this just how serious this is. Just how serious being with a psychopath is. These are monsters and they look just like everyone else.

I know my ex would have become violent he was becoming increasing aggressive and had already started to trangress into violent behaviours. This could have been anyone of us who are dealing with a P/N.

I truly hope anyone living with the reality of a psychopath/N can find the safety they deserve.
