No peace

After 3 weeks NC & no hoovers for over a week. Why did I think he'd let me be? My doorbell just rang ... my heart was in my mouth, I felt sick & looked out the window & there he is.

Last time this happened when barely speaking just before NC he did this & when I ignored he got in my garden & there he was at glass back door. And I let him in. Not this time. Doors were locked & blinds down so yes he may know I was home but he couldn't see me or get in.

I had no temptation to see him & break NC. BUT this is my home. I thought most hoovers were done from a distance? Is he likely to do this again? I can do the NC but the idea of feeling unsafe in my home horrifies me.
