NC DAY 15

Absolutely ruthless.

I have had cravings so strong that my palms were sweating and I was shaking. I also had a slight panic of PTSD this weekend when i went to a concert at a place where the N frequents.

ive been trying so hard to get through, to change my thoughts from him to me, to stay positive, to align myself, to meditate, and to focus on my recovery before anything else.

its freaking hard.
