Narc in Court

I initially requested that he get visitation every other weekend but he refused. He claimed he was in school and working. Of course, that is when he had no NS at home and wanted to keep me stuck with the children so that I would not have much of a social life. He consistently violated our court order by picking the kids up from places outside of the agreement, pickin ag the children up outside of the agreement and dropping them off extremely late. I started to call the police on him the last four late visits. A police officer called and tried speaking with him and he refused to get on the phone. I think he got scared and ran to the courthouse the next day. What does not make sense to me is why he would request a modification if he has not paid child support for the last four months and has numerous violations. I thought narcs were andarter than that.
