Narc bingo

Right i have devised a new game called Narc bingo . I had to have 3 meetings over 3 weeks with the narc through work , knowing i was going to have to spend time with him i found a good way to remain detacted was to count every time he said anything narc or acted in a narc way and i ticked them off on my mental score card to see if i could get a full house .
Some of us are not lucky enough to be able to go complete no contact , i know that in 3 months time i will be having more meetings with the wank stain narc and i know that many of you have children with the narc so ... i thought we could devise a bingo card of narc ways so we can carry it around in our handbag and when we have to see the narc we could play bingo on the card of all his crazy narc ways ..
Ill start it off with three .
1, sitting streched out in a chair with his hands clasped behind his head (very narc body language )
2, Talking about himself in a third party .
3,laughing loud in a fake mannor .
