My NARC is Nice

What is deceiving about my Narc is he is sweet, patient, loving and caring. He does not belittle or criticize me. He does not rage. He doesn't fit the description in the books.

However, he hits me with the devastating email from a trip he is on. I am not able to reach him for the next 6 days.

The world is turned upside down for not only me but our seven children (his 5, my 2), coworkers (we run his business together), my parents, his ex wives (yes - two) are all turned upside down.

He is shocked. Why can't I understand what he needs?

Is there anyone out there who lives, loves or married to a nice NARC?
