Met a very nice guy

And went to his home for dinner last night. We had great conversation and he is a great cook (made steaks). Haven't thought about my narc in days and this seemed to be the perfect evening. Came home to a two page letter on my bed from my narc telling me how hurt he is and that all he ever tried to do was love me and he promised he would always be there for me and it will never change. He placed my house keys on top of the letter, gave my children his business card in case they ever "need him", and stole all of my anxiety and pain medication out of my nightstand....
