The Lengths They'll Go To...

I read a lot on the site yesterday and so it got my mind working a bit again, remembering things I'd long forgotten or didn't put 2 and 2 together until now...and I chuckle some more.

I recall a few years back when he was held accountable for probably only the second time in court for not following the court order...this blatant disregard cost him over $4000 for medical bills because he A: refused to provide me or the hospital/clinic with his insurance cards, and B: it is in the court order that he is to carry health insurance on the kids, provide me with the cards, AND is responsible for half of all uninsured costs. Yes, he was found in contempt...so, as you know it goes, he attacked homeschool, had them forced back into public school, and THEN I get an email from my lawyer:

Respondent is demanding the girls get a flu shot. Please advise.

Keep in mind, this 'father' has had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with these kids since they were born, and most definitely has nothing to do with their medical care. He could care less...and now he makes sure he's never the one to take them to the doctor even when they're sick because he doesn't want the bill in his name. If its not in his name, he says he's not liable to pay it...and he doesn't, because it only affects MY CREDIT, not his. Yea. He is truly a waste of space. I used to think it was simply due to his drunkenness and hating me for divorcing him, but after therapy and reading this site, he definitely is a N.

So, I work in the medical field...I know all about vaccines, etc. I am not a supporter of the flu vaccine and the majority of the people I know who have ever gotten one got sick. They claim that doesn't happen but they lie lie lie (I also work in the ER so I see this regularly...the numbers of ER visits for flu symptoms skyrockets the same time every year people start getting the shot). I very strongly DISAGREED with his sudden assertion that the kids get flu shots, supported by the evidence and information on the vaccine as well as the evidence that he NEVER has had anything to do with their medical care in the past. The judge agreed with me and told him NO flu shots.

So what's he do? At 31 yo, having NEVER cared to have a flu shot himself in all those years, went and got one. And guess what? HE WAS SICK FOR 3 MONTHS!!!! Missed work and everything sick, which he never has been a sickly person before! I laughed, and laughed and laughed...and NOW it makes sense as to why he did it! He is SICK in the head!

LOL! Makes me chuckle now to see the lengths these people will go to, to prove themselves RIGHT and get their way, no matter what it is. Pathetic.
