Learning how to say no!

Whilst i was in the nightmare ride with toad, i found my boundaries not only slipped with him but near enough everyone else too! I have a VERY arrogant and bullying boss who i found very hard to 'stand up to', and even family members i found hard to hold my own with. I would try to be so agreeable with everyone and everything, i sometimes felt like i was drowning trying to please everyone!just couldnt say no.
I was never like that before toad. I have always been kind and caring, and will help anyone out, but if anyone pushed me into something i didnt want to do, i could stand my ground.
Finally, all but 3 month's away from the reptile, the old me is coming back. PHEW! I no longer let my boss bully me or anyone else for that matter, and have remembered how to say a polite but firm no when necessary!I must admit it feels bloody great!! Although there are a few people that are a bit shocked at the change, including Mr boss lol.
Still amazes me how much the disordered ones take from you.
