Just an observation on here

Something I've noticed from time to time, is how members will 'spar' with each other on here, over perhaps advice they might not like. It's natural to feel very emotional, at an all time high actually, when going through something like this.

So, it's understandable to perhaps, be a little on edge. But, if only we would take that same energy and instead of packing a punch here to someone who means you well and wants to help you--use it to get out of the situation you're in. To close the door to the narc/abuser in your life.

If you have it in you to tell a well meaning member off, then you definitely have it in you to tell your narc to buzz off, and shut that door, forever.

You're stronger than you think, therefore. ;)

I'm not judging a soul here, please know this. My intent with this, is to view people who want to help you here, as being on your side. We're all on the same team, fighting for and against the same things.

Let's always try to remember that.
