The Journey

This paragraph is from a book I am reading on inner bonding (healing your wounded child and transforming into a loving adult). These words really resonated with me especially the last sentence. I wanted to share it. The author refers to God but could be substituted by whatever you consider your higher power/spirit.

“To live in the journey each moment, to be in the light, to be the love, and to be evolving in that light and love each moment is the point. To stay lovingly connected with God, with ourselves and with others in the face our loneliness and our helplessness over others in the challenge of the journey.”
