I messed up

I went back. I got pregnant I misscarried with twins. Once at 5 weeks and than at 9 weeks with the second baby. There is so much to write. We love together now. I ended things again but I have to figure out the living situation. His 2 year old daughter , him and I all love in the condo I own. Can I kick them out without proper notice? Feeling bad about that. But grieving over the miscarriage. Know I need him gone. I have an extremely busy career. Feeling so lost....thank u for listening
