I fed the vampire again

I ran into him on the road, we saw each other but he took a different exit off the road. I got pissed and wrote him a text that I I'd see him and then I wrote about how I'm orry about everything fom the past. No answer and no answer to my phone call either. What is wrong with me please help stop me of calling again. I left 10 mos of no contact and technically I left 18 mos of nc if u count the last time I caved. He also told my friend he will always be cold to me . Pls help
