A high-profile example of NPD!

OK, I'm the first to admit that you can't always tell what's REALLY going on inside a marriage by the way it appears on the outside - but am I the only one to believe that we have a textbook case of NPD with Jesse James' unbelievably stupid trashing of his relationship with Sandra Bullock? Talk about needing to get his supply!!! Take a look at this situation and realize how INCREDIBLY STUPID AND SICK these N's are to throw away women and relationships and families as wonderful as what low-life James had with Bullock. Who needs these losers!

I'm reading a headline today that Bullock has stated that there is absolutely NO PLANS to reunite with James and "they have both moved on with their lives" despite the fact that he's moved near her new home in Austin.

I don't know about anyone else, but watching her dump his ass as quickly as she could and move on with her life and new adoptive motherhood with so much class and dignity has given me so much strength to do the same. I look at her and how she's handled this hurtful mess with so much apparent strength and "I'm over this" attitude that it totally inspires me to do the same in my life. Good for you Sandra!

Newt Gingrich-another major Narc

Like John Edwards and Bill Clinton, he's another high-profile politician/womanizer. His second wife recently said in an interview that her ex (Newt Gingrich) is famous for always changing the history of his past, so much so he gets lost in it. Newt- 1)Married his high school math teacher. 2)Divorced her when she was getting ovarian cancer therapy. 3)Was romancing his current wife while married to his second wife AND condemning Clinton's adultery. Oh, and he's also calling gay marriage "ridiculous." he's made a high-profile conversion to Catholicism, and somehow thinks his biopic about Pope John Paul II makes him holy by default.

Sandra Bullock

I used to hate Sandra Bullock because the narc loved her. He was constantly comparing me to her. After what happened to her, I love her and it makes me laugh because my skinny, old, chainsmoking narc wouldn't be polishing her shoes!

Sandra B

I'm a fan . . . Huge huge inspiration. I have a picture of her on my desktop. She's a role model. She's amazing . . . There is probably a lot of pain she is dealing with privately, but she continues to move forward. Her life with him does not define her. She continues to define her own life . . . thinking about her and other strong women who inspire me, keep me real. Keeps things in perspective. So many people in my life make me feel like I'm less than whole because I'm single. High profile single women who can walk away from a bad guy so publicly with such grace and class just proves all those people wrong. If I ever met Sandra Bullock, I would thank her and she would probably never really understand why.

Class and dignity

Class and dignity=Sandra Bullock. when it happened to her was around the same time it happened to me. I knew she was hurting just like me. doesn't matter if we have money or not. the pain is the same. I absolutely adore and respect her so much!

More out there like Sandra B

Christie Brinkley, Elin Woods, Halle Berry, even poor young Bristol Palin....it goes to show that a narcissist will do a bunch of crap to anyone. I am not handling things well like I should. I need to follow Sandra's example. I keep waking up after a night full of nightmares and emailing the jerk who D&D'ed me on the sidewalk at DFW airport. My daughter calls him the douche bag. It is probably feeding his ego bigtime. No more, I promise. I bet Sandra doesn't do that!

Sandra's one class act. I

Sandra's one class act. I couldn't believe it when this jerk stole her thunder days after winning her first Oscar. I think she also won a Razzie, or whatever they call it for the worst performace that year... and she showed up smiling to accept that award too. And that project was her baby. That's a class act Another class act in climbing out of an abusive situation is Tina Turner. If anyone's seen the movie What's Love Got to Do With It (I think that's what it was called) her story really starts where that movie ends. She walked out on Ike mid tour and paid back everyone she owed for doing so. And at the time, getting a solo career going as a black woman was no easy feat. I think her record label sent her to Europe if I recall, and I think she was forty years old when she set out on her first solo international tour. I had tickets to her "farewell tour" in 2000, and was devastated when something came up and I couldn't go. As luck would have it, she wasn't done and I got a chance to catch her in action in 2008. She was sixty eight, turned sixty nine during the tour... and she absolutely blew me away. I bow to Ms. Turner.
