Hey all!

It's been awhile....a narc free life is good....I honestly feel like a different person....

I can't say I haven't had some hoovers...made some baaaaaad choices along the way......

I can't say that I haven't thought about wading back into the pond...but I didn't.....

I can't say that I don't love the beached whale still....

Wait a minute!!!!! I can say that!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!

And what I CAN say...is that I love ME now....and NO ONE will EVER abuse me....again....EVER!!!!
