Help...Need supportive words ASAP

Hi All
I asking for some support. I had a coworker ask me "Have you spoke to him?" in a tone that sounded like she had some good dirt on exN. It triggered me, spun me into bad place because of course I want to know what she had to say. But I didn't do what i normally would, and that is I didn't engage in conversation about him. This girl would know about him because she knows people that know him. I was proud of myself that I didnt ask what he is up to. But then I saw FUGLY exOW at work and that triggered me too, again, because of some stuff that happened this week with her at work. I just feel very unsettled. And I want to ask her what is up with my exN. This girl would love to tell me anything of him to make me feel bad. Any advice, support would be appreciated here, reminding me as to why it doesnt matter what he is doing. Reminding me to stay true to myself. Reminding me that speaking of him to others is just as bad as going on FB or Sonico or whatever sites he is on. I just feel like I did back when he first D & D'd me. I am not likeing this feeling at all. Thanks
