Had a thought today

If everyone who knew your narc would go no contact on the narc, what would they be left with? They would be left with themselves, thats what. That would sure narrow their options, yes?

So let that begin with you...leave them to their games and illusions...let them have their pain back...give them nothing...ignore...delete...no contact...no response.
