Gone for good?

My x Narc and I broke up almost 2 years ago. He's been on the dating site we met on since (probably all along, who knows). Anyway, he moved away about a year ago; however, he never changed his phone number. I didn't hear from him for a little over a month and then he sent me a LinkedIn invite, which I ignored. Then he text me a pic of him and asked me what my address was cuz he wanted to send me something. These are he crafty ways of getting us to respond. He also sent me holiday wishes, etc. Well, a month ago a mutual friend said he had a different phone number now and I see he's no longer on the dating site. So are these the actions of a narc that's gone for good?
