Getting serious about NC

I read a lot on here about ex's phone numbers popping up...texts from them...etc. my question to u is why are you hanging onto this person's phone number? Unless u have children together ....why? I am going to share why I hung onto my ex's number for a while before changing my number. I hoped he would call and say how sorry he was. How he wanted me back. And I would get the pleasure of saying no. I cant speak for u guys but trust me when I say....your ex will continue messing with you for as long as you allow it. End the game. Block your number or change it. You will have peace. He isn't coming back for you. So let it go. Heal and find a new life filled with beauty and not drama and chaos.

It took me a while to change my number and I am here to say. I so wish I had done it sooner! I hope u know I say this out of caring and having been through the narc games.

So ask yourself...why wont u block his number or change yours? Only you know. Only you can change it. Hugs!
