Get this damaging feeling out

Sometimes I look in the mirror and think I look nice and sometimes I just think he left because he didn't find me attractive enough and this new woman is wonderful with how she's older than me, his age and how she has bigger curves.

When he ended it with me he said that he really likes me then he said he isn't really feeling that connection. Hurt so much. Yeah he wanted me again sexually but then left and got her.
