First day of NC

It is my first day of NC and I am having a hard moment.I hope this gets easier. One minute I feel relieved, the next scared and the next frustrated... sigh... I am proud of myself..there is nothing left to be returned to each other and nothing left to be said... now I deal with me... ready but scared for this new chapter. If anyone can share their story with the first few days and weeks of NC and tricks if any to help..thanks
