Father's Day

My kids made that jerk a fathers day card. He left it here. Things like that mean nothing to him at all. I stopped buying cards for him years ago because I would give it to him and he would just set it down and never open it. No...thank you or anything. He is such a pig. I wasn't there when the kids gave him the card. I left and let my mom deal with him. She seems to like him so much. She actually hugged him the other day when he was leaving. He still attends the weight meeting group we go to and he helps her get her walker in and out of the car. Everyone there thinks he is great. Last night I couldn't hardly sleep and when I finally did, I had a nightmare about him. I dreampt that he brought some strange girl to the meeting with him and that I had a panic attack and couldn't breathe. All the women in there followed me to the bathroom and kept asking if I was ok. He stayed in the room and was rocking back and forth in his chair smilling. I felt sick all night. I hate fathersday. He left me one time on fathersday a long time ago. He cheated on me with an old girlfriend during that time. I didn't find out until after we were married. Now that girl is one of his friends on my space. He is such a pig. I called my dad. Of course he already had plans. I havn't spent a fathers day with my dad in years. Leah

Did he take his laundry with him? LOL I took my kids to get the cards themselves. I couldn't stand looking at the cards - they were all so INAPPROPRIATE, as you said. They ended up getting funny/ sarcastic cards and he loved them. He's developed VERY deep wrinkles on his face (despite all his running and gym-going) like his dad. So I gave him wrinkle cream from the kids. He actually was profusely happy!
