Double Didgets!

I made it to day 10 of NC!

I'll be honest, I'm not feeling that great today. Actually, I feel quite horrible. I am NOT thinking of contacting though. I know only pain can come from that. Thanks everyone for being here. Don't know what I'd do without you!!

you are moving through the fire...you will feel uncomfortable on and off throughout the early NC days. This is a milestone! Ten days is a benchmark and ten makes it easier to get to 20. Well done Sweetie. That is a massive achievement. Keep up the good work and this will get easier and easier. I still have rubbish days but the urge to contact him is slowly going. It's when you begin to understand that you would be contacting someone that really doesn't have any idea what real 'love' and compassion are about then you understand that they just don't see the world the way we see it and that you will never get the response you want. They are all loonies!! Keep going - you are doing great xxxxx

Double digits is fantastic! Congrats to you! Keep up the good work! We all know how hard the beginning is! It's ok to not feel great some days. Take one day at a time, and know that you will have days like today. But, with that said, you have some celebrating to do too! May not seem like much to you at the moment, but it's 10 days more than you had in the beginning! Smiles

YAY YOU! I've got the days

YAY YOU! I've got the days marked on my calendar and until today, every time it popped up, Day 25...Day 26...it was like a kick in the stomach. Day 27 popped up this morning and there was no kick...I felt proud and happy. The kick might be back tomorrow, but I'm going to enjoy today. Keep it up, the good days will increase and the bad days will decrease with hard work, focus, and commitment. xoxo Lynn
