Difficult Moment

I'm having one of those crawling out of your own skin moments. The weekend has been tough! I know it's probably different for everyone but please help. What are some of the things that work for all of you to get past this horrible feeling? I have to try something different or is this just the way it's supposed to be? Do you just ride through it, is there anything that eases this awful feeling?
