difficult days

Haven't been posting much lately have had some difficult days. My dumbass broke no contact and he told me in text how he was sleeping with someone else. You can bet I wont do that again. Made me feel worse it was almost like going back to square one. Doing better now and back to no contact. Each day sure can be a struggle though..
