In the danger zone

I am now 3 months NC & this is where I have "lost it" twice before. I have been ok but now I am suddenly really struggling again. The CD is getting to me and I'm back to thinking irrational thoughts like "we belong together" and "maybe I can get through to him by explaining how much I love him". I know it's ridiculous but I'm feeling sad bc I feel such a void in my life without him....
