Cheating

Hi everyone...I am sure this topic has been discussed at length in previous forums. And I knew deep down that he cheated (found texts, he would disappear for the weekend, the sex, porn and hook-up sites he was on) But I think until you have hard evidence its almost easier to believe them when they say - "I was only flirting or it was just for attention, I didn't do anything physical".

But once you know for certain they have. How do you deal with it, the thoughts of him being with someone else and then returning to me and not feeling bad for lying/hiding it...I feel sick to my stomach.

Guess, I am just wondering how some of you have coped with this and how you get over the feelings of anger, discust, dirty, used and worthless.
