Called at work--now I know I am going to be fine!

After 6 months of no contact on my part. I received a text message two weeks ago (thanks to everyone here I was expecting the Christmas hoover!) and did not reply. Then I got a phone message on my mobile phone and again I ignored it. Christmas went by and no call to his daughter (who is doing wonderfully both at school and at home now that his toxic behavior is not in her life!). Today at work he called out of the blue. I am so proud of how I handled it and couldn't have done it better if I planned it. I was in the middle of a meeting and answered as I always do with and client--then he said "hi"--I didn't know who it was so I asked "who is calling?". I really didn't know it was him!! He said it was him and I calmly said "I am at work and can not speak to him, Thanks, Bye." Then continued with my meeting as if nothing happened. That is how I know I am on the other side of this journey. I don't miss him, I don't need him, I don't have anything to offer him, He doesn't have anything to offer me, I don't even remember his voice and I didn't even react when I heard it. Thank you to all on here that have helped me either directly or just by reading your posts to get me here.
