Boundary saying

I don't know if you can post images here but I saw one that is useful for us. It's an image of a woman who has a strong and determined look on her face. The caption next to her is:

"With the realization that it was no one's life but her own, she decided to begin taking care of herself by gently setting very strong boundaries."
