Boundaries

I am doing lots and lots of work on boundaires.

I am going through my experiences with Ns and thinking about what I let go that I really feel I shouldnt have.

Someone did say to me too that you can define a boundary by how you feel. Ie.. how did it feel when the n chatted up other women around you? Shit? thats a good indicator that your boundaries are being infringed.

just wondered how others built up their boundaries... and how you protect yourself now post narc.

One of my big worries and one reason I want to join Goldie's group is that I never fall foul of another one of these sickos.
