Boomerang!!

He doesn't think you can do any better. Ouch! But I know it's true. In three years of dating Short Dick Man he was any where from 45 minutes to an hour an a half late for each and every date. For no reason. No apologies. Ugh. Well, once I was meeting him in my car in a parking lot at a specified time. He picked the place and time, of course. He was driving in from about five hours away. It's summer, it's in the South and it's hot as Hades and he knows my car has no A/C. If you've ever sat in a parked car in the summer heat with no a/c, it's easy to see how people die this way. You become completely saturated in sweat within minutes. It's hot as a sauna! Do you think Short Dick Man has the decency to be on time? No, of course not. After an hour and a half of waiting (yes, I'm stupid in case you were wondering) I left. It was one of the few moments in our relationship that I'd had enough. He could've called before he left to let me know he was running late but he chose to let me sit in a hellishly hot car for an hour and a half instead. He called me about an hour and a half later, angry. He had gotten there and was waiting on me and why wasn't I there? I told him I left because he was late. Very, inexcusable, rudely, selfishly late. So I left. He. Was. Stunned. His words, "I know I was late but I always thought YOU would wait." He emphasized the word you to let me know that although other girls may not have put up with his bullshit, he never thought I'd be one of them. He was letting me know he thought I was pretty desperate and pathetic in that comment. So not only did he leave me in a boiling car, he insulted me on top of it. What did I do? I went back to pick him up. There are so, so many things I wish I'd done differently. :(

thanks for the great article, so true, i must have thought very little of myself to allow him to keep dumping me and taking him back and it WAS OFTEN AT TIMES WHEN I WAS MOVING ON WITH MY LIFE........
