Block not working

For some reason his cell didn't block. Damn him. He was calling.. And I ..answered. SIGH. At least I am here..and not there. I said no. He kept calling and everytime I said no.. he'd hang up.. Only to call back. He must have been getting desperate because he was offering to just hang out.. Trying to say we could just watch TV (our favorite show)..he even sounds a little pathetic, Not the norm for him .. To offer anything other than his wonderful SELF. Well, I DID answer but wish I didn't..I have EVERYTHING blocked. Does anyone know if blocks don't always work? I am thinking maybe they put the number in wrong. And.. I know.. MY fault for answering. DAMN. I don't care much for counting NC days anyway (haha).. Maybe because I never get past 10. UGH.
